Nu e mare filosofie. Corporatista full-time, iubita, prietena, sora, matusa, cumnata, blonda, foodie, amatoare de dulciuri, carbohidrati si cel putin jumatate din 'relele' Pamantului. Jumatatea a' mai 'rea'. Neat freak, geek, high-heels addict. Convinsa ca unele lucruri suna mai bine in engleza (deformatie profesionala). Iubitoare de frumos in toate formele si culorile lui. Iubitoare de animale. Unul dintre motivele pentru care am deventi pesco-ovo-lacto-vegetariana. Digestia proasta -al doilea motiv. Fascinata de cutitele de bucatari priceputi sa le manuiasca. De Nigella Lawson, Joseph Hadad, Adi Hadean si Jamie Oliver, De Raymond Blanc si Artizan. De Tefal si zaharul brun. Si de chimia din bucatarie. De cum poti adauga cateodata doar otet si actioneaza ca si agent de crestere sau fragezire, whatever. Semi-cataststrofa la volan, dar perseverez. :) Dependenta de facebook si pasionata sa incerc lucruri noi. De cele mai multe ori lesinata de foame seara, in timpul unei saptamani de munca. De unde a aparut prezentul. Din nevoia de a gati rapid, bun, variat, sanatos pe cat posibil. Si neaparat repede, ca foamea e mare tare. Fara pretentia de a fi un blog culinar, e mai repede un blog al incercarilor. Dintre care unele sunt si ratate. Exact ca in viata. Fara sa judecam pe nimeni, va invit si pe voi sa incercati sa gatiti ceva bun pentru cei dragi. Si daca nu iese, sa stiti ca nu sunteti singurii carora (cateodata) nu le iese. TRYSEXUAL.
